Job description
- 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region.
- 2. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- 3. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- 4. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
- 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributors & Super stockists.
- 6. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings.
Role Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
