- Should Have Experience & Knowledge of Model Retail (MR) & Regional Retail (RR)
Conduct field sales activities to promote and
sell extended warranty services .Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with potential customers and effectively convey the benefits of extended warranties.
Demonstrate strong convincing power to persuade customers to purchase warranty services.
Develop and maintain relationships with Dealers & Distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Onboard new dealers to promote sale.
Provide training to dealer staff for Extended warranty.
Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the extended warranty services.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve optimal results.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
