Roles & Responsibility
- Deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail business as per plan.
- Set up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performance
- Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
- Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building
- Building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers
- Provide product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
- Responsible for Primary/secondary sales
- Conduct continuous market analysis and support Zonal / Regional Manager for forecasts and budgeting
Skills and Knowledge:
- Have functional knowledge of retail business in building material industry
- Negotiate skills
- Good communication
- Strong channel management skills.
- Should maintain time discipline and strong work ethic
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Should be responsive, organized and energetic
Qualification Criteria:
- Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.
- 3-4 years previous total experience in retail sales, Hardware Industry.
