Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager located in Chandigarh. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales activities within a designated area. They will develop and implement sales strategies, establish and maintain relationships with key clients, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to senior management. The Area Sales Manager will also lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Nephrology sales.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
• Knowledge of the products or services offered by the company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Science.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area
