POSITION: AREA SALES MANAGER- (An International Food manufacturing Company )
- 6 yrs of experience in Food Industry
- will be directly reporting to Managing Director
- The position Area Manager-sales whose function it is to develop and generate new business opportunities via developing distributors, retail outlets and shop in shop activities in Banglore location.
-Monitor financial affairs of distributors and negotiates with them.
He will be responsible to open new retail outlets for sale promotion
Achieve sales targets in the retail outlets set by the Management
Min 6 years in FMCG sales and distribution roles wherein the member is managing a territory independently.
The role is responsible for driving the organization's business strategy in the designated area. The incumbent is accountable for topline growth and delivering non volume agendas like coverage and distribution.
- Key Deliverables of the Role:
- Formulation of sales Strategies
- Planning and achieving sales targets and sales led initiatives outlet expansion, growth and experimentation etc. for the depot through a team of sales officers.
- Setting and strengthening of distribution system supply chain management for the depot
- Creative planning for sales related activities for the area to drive volumes, visibility and reach.
- Driving central thrust areas & key projects within the territory.
