An experienced Manager who can work with team to promote the products ethically. Having capacity to motivate the field officials/subordinates to get maximum output and able to make healthy relationships with the doctors.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with Doctors, Chemists, Stockists and meeting sales goals.
- Maintaining proper Dr's & Chemists Call Average
- Guide their Team Members to achieve the Sales Target
- Meeting Doctors to promote the company range of products.
- Generate prescriptions from doctors by providing scientific information about the products and explaining the USP of the products.
- Meeting retail chemists to make sure that the company products are easily available for patients.
- Meeting authorized Distributors/Stockists to ensure that the products are always available in the territory.
- Ensure on-time payment collection and sales and stock data.
- Do chemist survey to ensure availability of products.
- Implementation of the strategy and campaigns of the company
- Regular Follow-up with doctors, Chemists & Stockists
- Have an Eye for Detail on competitors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must have detailing experience in Gyne/ Ortho/ Cardio-Diabeto/ General range of products
- Should have experience of handling Team of 5-6 Medical Representatives.
- Graduate in Bio-Chemistry, Biology, Chemistry, B.Pharma in Any Specialization.
