- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the assigned area.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
: Analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales trends, and preparing regular sales reports for management review.Market Analysis
: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing the sales budget for the assigned area, including expenses, promotional activities, and incentives for the sales team.
Performance Evaluation
: Monitoring the performance of the sales team against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Collaboration with Other Departments
