Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Team Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets and perform at their best.Territory Management: Planning and organizing sales territories effectively to ensure maximum coverage and penetration in the market.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the assigned area.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales trends, and preparing regular sales reports for management review.
Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing the sales budget for the assigned area, including expenses, promotional activities, and incentives for the sales team.
Performance Evaluation: Monitoring the performance of the sales team against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and handling any challenges or obstacles that may arise in the sales process.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in sales processes, procedures, and systems, and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: 50,
