Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in Dental Equipment and Dental Implant Segment. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations in the designated area of Aurangabad. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of the local market and industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience in the dental or medical industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the designated area
