Scope
:
The Role offers to showcase your expertise in selling, account
management and new customer development by fiercely meeting the
sales target on regular basis.
It also challenges your project management capabilities to collect brief
from clients, conveying technical specificities to the R&D team and
develop fragrances as per clients products/brand requirements.
Key Responsible Areas
Key Accountability Duty Statements
- Account Management Build and maintain contacts and relationships with key personnel at
- customers to identify business opportunities and consistently enlarge
- account base. Set clear sales budget and target margins of given
- category annually and develop commercial strategy to reach monthly
- sales forecast accuracy.
- Build relationships with key customer decision makers and their higher
- management to understand customer decision-making criteria.
- Lead strategic commercial negotiations (core listing, annual pricing,
- payment terms, rebates, supply agreements).
- New Prospection Closely monitor customers plans of new product
- development/launches and present innovative concepts to generate
- briefs.
- Discover upcoming/prospective players within assigned territory and
- identify new business opportunities.
- Project Management Qualify business opportunities with briefs from client and finalize action
- plan to win the business.
- Provide detailed project insights to R&D and marketing team to ensure
- timely delivery of right solution to customers.
- Competition watch
- Actively monitor competitors activity and share intelligence on industry, market, consumer, technology from daily interactions with customer/ industry network.
- Foster and lead knowledge building on Competitors products, wins losses, account, commercial strategy of category projects/products.

II. External Customers on Projects
Education : Bachelor in science or commerce and MBA with specializations of Sales/Marketing.
Experience : Candidate should have minimum 4-5 years of B2B/institutional sales experience. Preferably from Fragrance houses/ specialty Chemical or Cosmetic ingredients industries.
