Customer management
- Develop strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) base
- Tender Management
- Understanding the market, the customer and the competition , gather insights from the market place and share the same with higher ups for better decision making.
- To Establish & monitor strong distribution network in the territory
- Manage client relationship effectively
- Collecting customer feedback regularly & take necessary actions
- Maintains and expands customer base & identifies new customer opportunities
- To ensure market development and brand establishment
- To monitor Receivables as per divisional guidelines
Target achievement
- Achieving sales as per targets in terms of value & units assigned

Reports
- Daily reporting in company system
- Sales Forecast to be submitted every month

- Creating a sales plan
- Making joint calls with TSE/TSMs
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team
- Guiding and mentoring the team
- Appraise team members annually
- Resolve Queries of the team members timely

Personal competencies
- Bachelor of Science, pharmacy, biotechnology or Biomedical engineering. Post gradation in Management is preferred
- Experience: 6 -8 years of total sales experience of which 3 years of managerial experience (Health care and Pharmacy/medical industry desirable)
