Job Description

  • Lead a geographically dispersed team of sales Branch managers and executives across multiple cities.
  • Execute as per the growth plan to scale the area's growth from 10x to 100x.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify sales growth opportunities and improve sales processes.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive business partnerships.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new initiatives to achieve sales goals and ensure long-term success

Key Requirements :-

  • Minimum 5 years of sales (retail finance) experience in the banking or non-banking financial sector (Bank/NBFC).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing & leading teams of more than 20+ people at various levels.
  • Strong leadership skills to build , monitor and track the teams performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute growth plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address sales-related challenges and drive results.
