We are expanding geographically in UP and MP and looking for motivated individuals with 4-8 years of experience to join as Area Sales Manager at Ascend Capital.

Job Description :-

Expand business across the assigned territory and manage sales and collection.

Build and maintain dealer relationships across the assigned territory.

Open new branches, setup the team hierarchy and train them.

Building strategic relationships with major dealers & delivering high value with an objective to have loyal and long-lasting business relationship.

Key Requirements :-

Min Education- Graduation

Team Management and Branch Sales/Collection Operations

Experience - Vehicle Finance (NBFC/ Bank) preferred.

Past experience of managing a team of 15-25 people.
