Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales activities in the assigned area. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will also provide support and training to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven 3+ years experience in sales and business development
- Instruments Handling experience required in Biochemistry and Haematology Analyzer.
- Should have experience in handling Institutional Business.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
