About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager/ Sales Executive / Sales Officer specializing in AAC blocks for project sales in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the AAC block industry with a proven track record in sales and business development.

-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in Mumbai for AAC block projects.
-Identify potential customers, projects, and key decision-makers in the construction industry.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to promote AAC blocks for various projects.
-Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Mumbai market.
-Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding AAC blocks and their applications in construction projects.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
-Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
-Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and excellent post-sales support.
Desired Skills/Experience
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in project sales of AAC blocks or related construction materials in Mumbai.
-Strong understanding of AAC block technology, construction practices, and building codes.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful customer relationships.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
