Area Sales Executives

The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for driving life insurance sales through a network of agents. This role involves recruiting, training, and motivating agents to achieve sales targets and ensuring smooth operations within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agent Recruitment & Development:

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of life insurance agents.
• Provide training on life insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements

Business Development:

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and client segments to expand the agency channel.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Address and resolve any operational or client-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
