Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote our hosiery
products and secure sales orders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential customers to expand
the company's market presence.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the features
and benefits of our hosiery products.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to meet both company and customer
objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to anticipate
changes in demand and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the
management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and
marketing materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales
activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field sales within the hosiery industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving
and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
