Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Lux Industries Ltd. in Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hosiery innerwear industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective relationship building with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the industry.
- Product Promotion: Effectively promote Lux Industries Ltd.s products by conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for retailers and distributors.
- Order Management: Manage the entire sales process from order generation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction, market demands, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hosiery innerwear industry.
- Location: Must be located in Tatanagar, Bokaro, or Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the hosiery innerwear industry, including market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer preferences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Result Orientation: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
