Job Description:



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our AAC blocks. If you are passionate about the construction industry and have a proven track record in sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, and construction companies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of AAC blocks to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.

Strong understanding of AAC blocks and their applications in construction.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sales orientation.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
