Sales and Business Development:

- Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers such as contractors, builders, architects, and project managers to generate new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company quarterly and annually.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Technical Support:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's adhesive and construction chemical products, their applications, benefits, and technical specifications.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
- Market Reports: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities for management review.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback: Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications in sales and marketing are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development within the adhesives, sealants, or construction chemicals industry. Experience in a technical sales role is preferred.
