PnL Ownership:
- Drive profitability for all properties in the city/market, ensuring revenue
growth and cost control.
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy, enhance customer experience,
and optimize operational efficiency.
Leadership:
- Lead a diverse team including Sales, Operations, and Supply Managers
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence, providing
coaching and support for team growth.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a market-specific growth strategy aligned with the
company's objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and improvement in service delivery.
Sales Management:
- Lead sales initiatives to drive bookings, optimize occupancy rates, and
increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, monitor performance, and
enhance conversion rates.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations across all properties, ensuring high standards of
service and customer satisfaction.
- Implement processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance
efficiency.
Supply & Property Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new properties to expand the student housing portfolio.
- Build relationships with property owners and negotiate favorable terms for
long-term leasing.
Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, including housekeeping, food partners,
maintenance, and security.
- Ensure quality service delivery, timely issue resolution, and compliance with
SLAs.
Performance Management:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across properties, analyzing data to
identify trends and improvement areas.
- Set performance goals for the team, provide feedback, and implement
corrective actions as needed
