The Relationship Management Team at Kotak 811 is the custodian of the top tier accounts of Kotak 811. The Team Manager will be responsible for managing a Team of 10-12 Relationship
Officers whose primary responsibilities are:-
- Managing a portfolio of 800-900 customers
- Engaging with the mapped customers (via digital medium and physical meetings) to fulfil their service requirements
- Increase the Relationship Value of mapped customers
- Cross-Selling Investment Products (Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, SIP etc.), Insurance Products ( Life and Non-Life), Credit Cards and Loans
Key Responsibilities
- Increase in Relationship Value of Portfolios mapped to Relationship Officers
- Ownership of Top line targets across Investment Products, Insurance and Asset Products
- Ensuring all mapped Relationship Officers are IRDAI and AMFI/EUIN certified
- Driving Resource Activation across Investment Products and Asset Products
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of Sales Experience
- Prior team management experience of at least 3 years
- Excellent Communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge and ability to perform non-complex data analysis
- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like salesforce, CRM next
- AMFI/EUIN and IRDAI SP Certification
Preferred Profiles
- Previous experience as in Banking, Key Account Management, Insurance Direct Sales ( Life or General), Securities Sales or other financial products sales
Education - Graduation mandatory
Experience - 8-20 yrs
