Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Manager located in Gorakhpur. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited in the assigned area. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring loan portfolios, conducting market research, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
