Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales and operations staff in the Salem region
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure effective execution of sales and operational activities
