Key Responsibilities
hiring for a leading retail company:
- Ensure adherence to DRCP without any deviation
- Ensure placement and product awareness drives of all Atul ranges on daily basis
- Expand Distribution channel across all market
- Performance review of TSM on monthly basis
- Achieve primary orders from all distributors in market
- Ensure collection of payments from customers on or before due dates
- Prepare data base of outlets and users of Polygrip & Lapox in respective market & conversion
Must Criteria
- Should have served as AM at least in 1-2 companies for more than 2-3 years (each) - sales background mandatory
- Sales experience may be of any product, preferably adhesives, construction, consumer durables, telecom, FMCG
- In case he does not have experience of being an AM, he should have handled a team of off-roll employees or he should have experience of channel management in TM role
- Good interpersonal skills; should be able to handle and effectively manage a team of 1-3 people
- Should have basic English communication skills + local language
- Should have good computer, presentation skills and comfortable using apps
