- Create Line of sight properties in Mall/ HS & convert them to store Launch as per budget & continuously look for newer opportunities for Conversion with in the Financial year.
Reach & Penetration
- Continuously update the market mapping data for Expansion opportunities & plan timely entry for Cost & Competitive advantage.
Profitable expansion
- Negotiate favorable terms with landlord & Mall developers to get Right Location , Right Size & at the Right Cost .
Forecasting future spaces in potential markets
- Study relevant markets to understand business potential.
- Continuously monitor competition and market activities.
- Map spaces as per current and forecasted requirements.
- Maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential market places.
Partnered expansion
- Ensure strong network of franchisees (Existing & New ).
Process Adherence
- Learn about the processes & systems with reference to RBD in particular and the organization in general.
- Establish processes and systems required for the profile and regularly monitor them. To maintain effective tracker for day-to-day update and review with the superiors.
