Area Manager

Job Role -

• Responsible for management and implementation of Projects in Pune
• Ensure project milestone are met for every center every quarter, client expectation are taken care of
• Daily phone based coordination with centers for implementing the project
• Ensure required systems and process for compliance are followed
• Ensuring Project Objectives is met at center
• Team motivation and issue resolution
• Bringing the challenges up in Knowledge of program manager and plan to address them
• Building community relationships to maintain positive energies towards the project
• Generate New Ideas for Improvement and success of program
• Travelling to Centre location for Monitoring of Program
• Travelling to upcoming site locations for set up of center

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Center Managing: 3 years (Preferred)
• NGO/CSR: 3 years (Preferred)
• Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
