Supervises a team of 6 or more employees that are responsible for the development and/or delivery of IT-related work relative to Application Development, Architecture, Technical Support, Client Technology Management, System Administration, Capacity Planning and Project Management.
- COE, Manage day to day needs for key service delivery systems as it relates to centers.
- Identify and Lead center improvements via onsite engagement for Service Delivery Applications by planning, coordination, communication and execution of changes and implement key learning's from the centers.
- Partner with internal organizations to help ensure best in class service is provided by ensuring the application is using best in class development standards, and complies with AT&T Standards
Make suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, advancement, promotion, and other status changes for employees under their supervision. The incumbent interviews and selects employees, maintains proper staffing levels, allocates resources, supervises teams daily operations, productivity, identifies areas for improvement, develops action plans to improve performance, develops teams technical and managerial expertise through on-the-job and formal training opportunities, enforces Company policies, takes necessary disciplinary action
The candidate evaluates individual performance for annual performance review, merit increases, promotions and other employment status changes, and conducts long-range planning for the team.
Roles And Responsibilities
The candidate would periodically conduct reviews of Individual Development Plan progress and guide employee of direct report to align with their career goals.
(20%) Responsible for budget management, and coordinating, evaluating, and partnering with centers to identify improvement opportunities and pain points.
(40%) Acts as main contact to identify and quantify business center issues associated with specific projects, develops and implements solutions including assisting in setting strategic technical direction.

(40%) Manage complex enterprise-wide, multiple applications, or system
development projects by working with clients to develop business cases, defining business and/or technical requirements, defining the projects scope and work schedules, estimating necessary resources, allocating funding, and reconciling the actual expenses to estimates to keep the project within budget.

Education And Qualifications
Training and Special Skills: Overall 10+ years of IT experience including a minimum of 7 years of Management/Supervisory Experience with large scale IT projects. Ability to manage projects across multiple disciplines. Project Management experience including planning and allocating resources.
