- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of your allotted locations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular store visits and inspections to maintain operational standards.
- Staff Management:
- Train and manage kitchen staff.
- Schedule shifts accordingly.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets of their respective location.
- Monitor and control food and labour costs.
- Inventory Management:
- Check inventory management system.
- Ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Implement and monitor food safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and take corrective actions.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on staff performance.
- Consult with the Management and HR before taking any necessary actions on employee removal.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing multiple locations within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- This role requires frequent travel between cloud kitchen locations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
