Job Summary:
As an Area Manager at Pearl Dentistry Reimagined, you'll be the driving force behind the success of 2-4 high-performing locations. Job Responsibilities:
- Sets an example of exemplary customer service
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, leading, supporting and overseeing Practice Managers and teams
- Develop training, planning, recruiting and retention strategy for all staff to maintain excellent performance of each supported practice as well as full alignment to operating procedures and protocols
- Provide and develop reports, analyze financial and operating metrics and create recommendation/action to attain practice revenue and profit goals
- Implement, administer and maintain best-in-class systems and processes such as procurement and inventory management, vendor management, marketing review, hygiene protocols, compliance protocols, patient experience, customer first impressions, end-of-day protocols
- Oversee Employee Training Program, compliance and new hires.
- Performance coaching and management.
- Interview candidates provided by Recruiting Team; make hiring decisions based on business needs and best practices.
- Establishes supply budget for each office; oversees budgetary maintenance.
- Work with staff to maximize production of each providers schedule.
- Troubleshoots scheduling issues with Office Managers and clinical staff.
- Tracking KPIs and reporting at weekly Regional Management meetings.
- Calculating Doctor compensation and office bonus for bi-weekly payroll runs.
- Creating and maintaining staffing schedules; working with other regional managers to fill staffing needs.
- Responsible for the overall achievement of production and collection targets.
- Work and assist office staff on creation and presentation of large treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Manages routine matters such as time off, schedule changes, policies and procedures, special projects
- Implements office protocols and procedures to improve efficiency of workflow, create team environment and ensure patient satisfaction
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
The Area Manager is expected to visit each of the assigned offices at least once per week.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- At least two years of related dental experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Dental Management Software.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
