The Corporate Finance team is focused on optimizing the capital structure, improving the covenants and tenor of the debt and by diversifying sources of financing on a continuous basis.
The person will be responsible for working with banks on financing for various capital projects as well as computation and monitoring of covenants and undertake other corporate finance related activities for Tata Steel and its subsidiaries and associates.
