Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager at Coffee Culture in Surat. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Coffee Culture outlets in the area. They will ensure operational excellence, manage staff, monitor customer satisfaction, handle inventory and supplies, and work closely with the management team.

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant degree or certification in hospitality or business management is a plus
