Experience :- Agricultural Engineering graduate with about 7 to 10 years experience
Industry Preferred :- MIS Industry
Qualification :- B. Tech. Agricultural Engineering graduate/B.Sc. Agriculture, MBA plus
The company is a pioneer in the field of affordable drip irrigation solutions for small farm holders .To support our rapid expansion plans, we are looking for candidates.
Key / Primary Responsibilities:
a) Achievement of sales target (AOP)
b) Ensure collection
c) Business Development
i. Liasoning with Government & Bank Official
d) Marketing Activity
i. Farmer meeting
ii. Farmer Tour
iii. Promotion campaigns
iv. New Area Development
e) Customer Satisfaction
i. Address Farmer complaints
f) MIS
Accurate & Timely Sales related Report
Secondary Responsibility:
a) New dealer identification
b) Document collection
c) Coordination for conducting marketing activities
d) Impart training to dealers staff pertaining to sales
Familiarity with systems / processes desired for the position:
a) Product and system
b) Basic crop knowledge
Qualification and experience:
Graduate in Agri. Engg. or, Agri Science or in any stream with 7 to 10 years of experience in field sales of agri inputs / agri machineries / micro irrigation out of which at least 5 years in drip irrigation is a must. He should be well experienced in dealer management, field promotional activities, and sales force management. Experience in the same area and proficiency in the local language is a must.
NOTE THAT EXPERIENCE IN DRIP IRRIGATION IS MUST
