• Good at written & Verbal communication, Presentation skills.
• 4-6 years of work experience in sales in institutional sales.

i. Liasoning with Government & Bank Official

d) Marketing Activity

i. Farmer meeting

ii. Farmer Tour

iii. Promotion campaigns

iv. New Area Devlopment

e) Customer Satisfaction

i. Address Farmer complaints

Secondary Responsibility:

a) New dealer identification

b) Document collection

c) Coordination for conducting marketing activities

d) Impart training to dealers staff pertaining to sales

f) MIS
