Job Description
Collaborate with the corporate recruitment team to develop effective recruitment strategies
Identify future staffing needs
Respond to human resources-related inquiries
Assist with payroll processing
Handle ER/IR issues
Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
Develop and maintain talent management processes
Monitor employee morale and company culture
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
Ensure HR policies are communicated and help the business in implementation, adherence and compliance of the
same
Periodic reporting and reviews with business on manpower metrics/ HR audit score
Drive critical employee and HR management aspects like communication, employee exit, performance
management and grievance redressal to facilitate healthy and harmonious culture in the organization
Understand business expectations, design and drive strategies to align with the same
Create and own HR budget
