**Job Description:**

Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Ltd is seeking a driven and results-oriented Demand Generation Officer to join our sales team in Chennai. As a Demand Generation Officer focused on wood coatings, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to stimulate demand, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline for our wood coatings products.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement demand generation strategies specifically targeted at the wood coatings market segment to increase product awareness and drive sales growth.
2. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that effectively promote our wood coatings products through various channels such as digital marketing, trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends in the wood coatings industry.
4. Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics to track and measure campaign performance, lead generation, and sales conversion rates.
5. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
6. Develop compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and testimonials, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation, lead generation, sales pipeline, and customer acquisition costs.
8. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to drive continuous improvement in demand generation strategies and sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in demand generation, sales enablement, or related roles, preferably in the coatings or building materials industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling sales materials and engage with customers effectively.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Passion for the coatings industry, wood products, and a desire to drive business growth through innovative demand generation strategies.

**Additional Information:**

- Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in an Off-role profile are encouraged to apply.
- Salary: INR 2.5 Lakhs per annum.
- Freshers with backgrounds in other fields are also welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate a strong interest in sales, marketing, and the coatings industry.
