Area Credit Manager

• Evaluate the credit worthiness of various customers applying for car loans, within the prescribed TAT and deciding on the right risk mix for the particular customer.
• Lead a team of Credit Managers to ensure smooth processing of Auto loan applications for locations assigned
• Engage in development, implementation and review of products based on the market peculiarities which will facilitate business, with adequate mitigants with regard to risk.
• Providing training and coaching to upgrade the competency of team and improving processing efficiency
• Actively involved in portfolio management which includes understanding the market and monitoring the portfolio.
• Monitoring delinquency parameters through constant interactions with the collections team, analysing trends and suggesting learnings out of the same.
• Having Good knowledge of interpretation of financials statements
• Having decent understanding of the locations / geographies of locations
