Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Collections Manager located in Khammam. The Area Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day collection activities, managing a team of collection agents, developing collection strategies, and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in collections and team management
• Knowledge of financial principles and lending practices
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
