nWhat you will do:
- nThis position develops and implementsstate sales plan to enhance business by successfully lead the territory to achieve set target, increase market share percentage through direct sales along with effective collaboration with dealers, surgeons and distributors
- nWork towards regional profitability through close monitoring of gross margin relative index.
- nSuccessfully partner with internal teams and marketing team to achieve set targets.
- nImplements and executes the launch strategies developed by the Sales and Marketing organization.
- nCompletes a thorough analysis of the territory. Generates and follow-up on sales leads.
- nBuild strong business relationships with key industry players whilst achieving sales goals and growth across allocated territories
- nProvide solutions for customers and add value to the sales process through negotiations, resulting in winning business/orders and positive customer experience
- nIdentify competitive issues/opportunities and provide credible market and customer feedback
- nDevise and implement sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met
- nPlan, prepare and follow up sales forecasts and budgets
- nLead the sales team and train the team members, whenever required
- nProcess optimization with regards to billing/invoices, creditors, shipments, dealers etc.
- nImplement Inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stocks; keep tab on slow-moving items & achieve reduction in inventory management cost
- nEnsure schedule & compliance adherence to various laid out processes & take action in cases of lapses by team members.

nQualifications & Experience:
- nEducation: Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in any discipline
- nExperience: At least Minimum 8-12 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare industry or any project-based capital product industry & proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management.
