Analysis of Primary & Secondary target, achievement and necessary action plans for the same.
Selection of most potential customers (doctors. Chemists, pharmacies, institutions) in line with company's strategy.
100% coverage of the customers as per the coverage strategy: extent & frequency.
Ensure product availability as per requirements in HQ.
Implementation of the product promotion strategy and generation of prescriptions for business.
Build relationship with key customers.
Building company image through good conduct.
Focus on team Product knowledge and skills for effective product promotion.
Record keeping and reporting as per SOPs DCRs, Expense statements, Tour Plans.
Ensure Collections from the market & keep the outstanding under control.
Maintain confidentiality about Company's strategy, materials and property.
B.Sc/ M. Sc / B Pharm/ M Pharm
Experience should be 7-10 Years in Pharmaceutical industry only (Preference to Critical Care Industry)
