Job Description of Area Business Manager (ABM):
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Tanishq Stores- Operations
- ATL/BTL Marketing - Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Store profitability - P&L Management
- Stock and Visual Merchandise Planning
- Customer service / experience
- Franchisee relationship
- Expansion of retail footprint
- Staff Training and Motivation

Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Post-Graduate in Management from Tier-1/Tier-2 College
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is required as an Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development / Retail Operations
- Knowledge on retail metrics and retail store finance / profitability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
