Job Roles:
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers to oversee and expand the existing customer portfolio in the Crop Loans sector (KCC).
- Possess thorough knowledge of the local geography and cropping patterns, with the ability to swiftly recruit high-quality team members
- Oversee interest and NPA collections within the assigned area.
- Regularly monitor accounts to prevent delinquencies, maintain portfolio hygiene, ensure timely closure of post-disbursement deferrals, and perfect security measures.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers by cross-selling additional asset and third-party products.
- Manage the renewal of existing loans.
- Collaborate with Credit and Legal teams to address customer requirements and manage disbursements
- Enhance efficiency by monitoring processes and suggesting improvements based on ground realities and market trends.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in relationship management.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in rural or crop loans
