The role of the Acquisition Manager involves acquiring fresh spaces for installing screens by targeting new Stores, Salon, Caf, Corporate Sites. Their responsibilities include identifying potential clients, formulating effective acquisition strategies, and nurturing relationships with important decision-makers. The Acquisition Manager's ultimate objective is to enhance revenue growth by procuring new clients.

Responsibilities

Develop Acquisition Strategies:The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing acquisition strategies that align with the overall goals of the organization. This will include conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying potential opportunities to reach out to new clients.

Identify Potential Clients:The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients in Cafes, Salon, Stores and corporate spaces. This will include researching the market, attending networking events, and leveraging existing relationships.

Build and Maintain Relationships:The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in Cafes, Salon, Stores and corporate spaces. They must understand the needs of the clients and tailor their approach to meet those needs.

Schedule and Attend Meetings:The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings with potential clients. This will include presenting the benefits of installing screens and addressing any concerns or objections.

Collaborate with other teams:The Acquisition Manager must collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as the installation team, to ensure that all acquisition strategies are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

Analyze data and report results:The Acquisition Manager is responsible for analyzing data related to acquisition efforts and reporting the results to the management team. They must also provide recommendations for improvement based on their analysis.

Manage sales pipeline:The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, following up with potential clients, and closing deals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Acquisition Manager and the following qualifications are required:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2. 1-5 years of experience in acquisition or sales in the industry

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, Strong negotiation skills

4. Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Knowledge of D2C brands, market trends and industry regulations

7. Ability to travel as needed
