We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud.Omnichannel implementation and Telephony integration. Experience with Health Cloud is a plus but not mandatory. This role will be responsible for architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet high business requirements while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
About the Role - Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnichannel and Telephony integration.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and partner/community solutions.
- Strong experience integrating external systems with Salesforce using Mulesoft, including both real-time and batch integrations.
- Expertise in Service Cloud and building customer service processes, including case management, service contracts, and knowledge base integration.
- In-depth knowledge of Telephony integration to enhance telephony services within Salesforce.
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly preferred.
