Architecture Designer

Position Overview

Location: Fully Remote (Open to applicants from every country)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Matched to the level of developing countries. Potential for stock options after three months.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and 3D models for a variety of projects.

Produce detailed drawings and plans for construction and visualization.

Collaborate with structural engineers, interior designers, and contractors to align on project requirements.

Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability guidelines.

Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, updates, and design modifications.

Conduct site visits as needed to oversee design implementation and resolve any issues.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.

Strong portfolio demonstrating design, planning, and technical abilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, Lumion).

Knowledge of sustainable architecture practices and LEED certification.

Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
