HUIPL - NOIDA is seeking a talented and detail-oriented draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with architects and designers to create detailed drawings and plans for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in drafting for architecture + interior, as well as a strong understanding of AUTOCAD and construction techniques preferably from Real Estate or Construction Industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with architects and designers to ensure that project specifications are met
Assist in the coordination of project schedules- Ensure project deadlines are met.
Following specifications and calculations to create detailed technical drawings and plans using drafting software, such as AutoCAD.
- Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local and national standards
Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and section- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and revisions
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project managers
- Should have experience in site visit for coordination.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in drafting or a related field
2-3 years of experience in drafting for architecture- Proficient in drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop etc
Strong understanding of construction techniques and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
