Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Architectural Draftsman to join our team on-site in Andheri, Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings, collaborating closely with architects and engineers, assisting in project planning, and developing comprehensive construction documents.

Qualifications

- Expertise in architectural and construction drawing

- Implementing rules & regulations of DCR

- Relevant experience in architecture and planning

- Proficiency in drafting software and tools

- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in drawings

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with various agencies

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Relevant certification or diploma in drafting or architecture
