We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a passion for creating exceptional architectural solutions. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from concept through to execution, and collaborating with clients and project teams to bring visionary designs to life.
Design Development: Create innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and project requirements. Develop detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination with other design professionals and consultants. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the design process.Technical Documentation:
Prepare and review architectural documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, engineers, and design professionals to integrate various aspects of the project. Foster a collaborative and creative working environment.
- Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and ensure that designs are feasible and contextually appropriate.
Research and Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture. Incorporate innovative solutions and sustainable practices into design work.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.Experience:
0-1 years of professional experience in architectural design. Experience is a plus.Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
Certification:
Professional licensure (e.g., Architect License) preferred but not required.
