Your key responsibilities for the role of Architect would be:
Engage with the key stakeholders to understand the business needs and review the requirements.
Provide architecture and design guidance, responsible for architecting and designing business applications using WebMethods based integration platform and other integration solution frameworks.
Develop and demonstrate an advanced knowledge of WebMethods, Micro Services Architecture and Apigee gateway based design and implementation features.
Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches technical and functional requirements, and commitment to high quality on-time deliverables.
Desired skills
More than 10 years of experience, consisting of architecture, design, development and delivery of enterprise applications and end-to-end integration project execution experience using WebMethods platform and middleware technologies/tools.
More than 10+ years of experience, with a focus on integration and middleware technologies.
Hands-on experience with Software AG's WebMethods suite, including Integration Server, BPM, Trading Networks, and Universal Messaging.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex integration solutions in large enterprise environments.
Experience with API management, microservices, and SOA principles.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of WebMethods components, including Integration Server, Designer, My webMethods Server, Active Transfer (MFT), Universal messaging.
Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, JDBC, Websphare adapters.
Experience working Integration platform installations and upgrade, patching.
Proficiency in web services, SOAP, REST, XML.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration solutions.
Familiarity with Apigee and other API management platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Development :
Webmethods integration development.
Leadership :
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices and development standards.
Oversee the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall architecture.
Solution Design & Architecture :
Design high-quality, scalable, and secure integration solutions using WebMethods.
Develop architectural blueprints and detailed documentation for proposed solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions meet business needs and performance expectations.
Present technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Architect, having WebMethods integration experience is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Apigee and other API management tools will also be an integral part of this role.
You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
