Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial Interior Architecture, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from conception to completion. As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various commercial and residential projects, ensuring they meet our clients needs while adhering to quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Experience - 5 to 7 Years
Lead the design process for commercial projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and objectives, and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions.
Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and material selections for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, BOQ and industry standards.- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and interior designers, to coordinate project delivery and ensure seamless execution.
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions, review construction progress, and provide on-site support and guidance as needed.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
* Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to communicate design concepts, progress updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
