Job Responsibilities- Develop Presentation Drawings, Conceptual drawings, Planning drawings, GFC drawings, Working drawings, CAD drawings, 3D visualization for international construction companies, Architectural firms etc. based in US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe.
Work on creating sketch up models, Revit models and good for construction drawings.- Liase with US based Principal Architects to discuss design intent and code compliances
Participate in client calls for project related discussions
- Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills in English
In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketch up
- Ability to work on Working drawings, Good for Construction Drawings (GFC drawings) and visualization images for presentation
Knowledge of Revit and BIM platform will be an added advantage- Architectural Outsourcing industry experience will be an added advantage
3 Saturdays off in a month- Yearly bonuses in addition to fixed pay
